Q: How do I become an event sponsor?
A: Please click here to review all sponsorship levels and opportunities. Your sponsorship directly supports our mission to provide free legal help throughout Northern Nevada.

Q: If I don’t want to purchase online, where can I send a check?

A: Make checks payable to Northern Nevada Legal Aid and note “Silver and Gold Gala” in the memo. Send or drop off at: 401 Ryland St Suite #100, Reno, NV 89502.

Q: Where should I park on the day of the event?
A: Free parking and valet are available at The Atlantis. We recommend parking near the Sports Book. The event is in the Grand Ballroom; an escalator to the left of the Sports Book entrance leads directly there.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: Cocktail or formal attire is encouraged.

Q: Will dinner be served?
A: Yes — your ticket includes dinner, drinks, and dessert. A cash bar will also be available for additional beverages.

Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Absolutely! Please purchase a ticket for each guest or select a sponsorship level that includes multiple seats.

Q: Is there a deadline to purchase tickets or sponsorships?
A: We recommend securing your tickets or sponsorships by Monday, October 4th to ensure your spot and to be included in printed event materials (for sponsors).

Q: Will there be a silent or live auction?
A: Yes — we’ll have exciting auction items available, with all proceeds benefiting Northern Nevada Legal Aid’s mission.
